The gym was a joke. It was more like a storage closet with old equipment and NO air conditioning. The pool was also disappointing. It was small and always crowded, so forget about ACTUALLY swimming.

the staff were always lovely and helpful. breakfast included a diverse menu. rooms were clean, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. the location close to the train station and river pier made getting around easy. the rooms had hair dryers. the rooms were modern, clean, and light. the sky train stations very close.

heading to the nearest bts station requires a tuk tuk because it isnt ideal to walk.

The breakfast had variety foods. It was great, the final farewell dinner was catered by the hotel restaurant, and was really good, i will remember all food with a smile.

the hotel provided tuk tuk service. there is a pool on the first floor, it's nice. there a supermarket, mcdonalds and many eateries around hotel, they were near to the facilities of the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and clean. a hairdryer is in the room. the rooms included shampoo, condition, body wash and lotion. a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine are included. It was so helpful.

the check-in process was less than stellar. the staff seemed rather indifferent, and i wasn't given much information about the hotel's amenities. i also discovered an odd stain on the curtains in my room. the towels were surprisingly scratchy. not what i hoped for.
